Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, believes that the presidential campaign will be complicated and the elections of the Head of State will become the elections of the State policy.
"The upcoming political campaign will be very complicated, - stated V.Lytvyn at the meeting with H. E. Mr. Haralampos Dimitriou, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hellenic Republic to Ukraine. This will be not just elections of the President, but elections of the Ukraine´s future".
V.Lytvyn deems necessary "to find a common standpoint and work jointly". "First and foremost, we must secure predictability of processes in the period of the presidential campaign", - he stressed.
Dwelling upon the current political processes at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the leader of the Ukrainian Parliament stated that "lots of time is spent for different agreements" that, unfortunately, had not always been fulfilled. However, V.Lytvyn stressed that "the complicated compromises are always reached".
